Tom has close to thirty years of corporate financial management experience, having been controller of three York, PA based companies, as well as Director of Business Services at Sandy Cove, in North East, MD.  Tom, a native of Camp Hill, PA is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Tom is a minority shareholder in LMA Systems Group, Inc., and a corporate officer serving on the Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary.

Tom and his wife, Cyndi, reside in North Codorus Township, York County and have three grown sons and six grandchildren.  Tom is Past President of the South Central Chapter Nittany Lion Club.  Tom also serves on the board of the Penn State Harrisburg Alumni Society.  He is also a past-president of the Institute of Management Accountants, York PA chapter.  Tom and his wife are members of Regents Glen Country Club in York.

In addition to Secretary duties, Tom is responsible for all the administrative operations at LMA, including finances, information technology, human resources and building maintenance.

Tom enjoys golf and Penn State athletics, especially football, being a season ticket holder.  Tom and Cyndi enjoy church activities, attending York Revolution baseball, and traveling, especially to visit their sons and family.
